Innovative Home Concepts

Innovative Home Concepts was established to help diminish the housing crisis. IHC focused on the homeless population, those recently released from prison and college student housing. IHC has designed a cost effective solution that would establish a new type of housing community to ensure that issue of housing can begin to diminish.

Standard Configuration

A small collection of videos were designed to help educate investors and others about the configuration options and how these can be a benefit and make sure everyone has a place to call home. This particular configuration is of the standard unit available.

College Student Housing

More often than not college students run into the problem of finding affordable housing on or near campus. College students should not have to be concerned with where to live when they are trying to study and acquire an education to become a productive member of society. This ad conveys this concern to the viewer.

Homeless Housing

The homeless rate in America has continued to grow in the past many decades. We are now at a point with the homeless problem that drastic measures must be take to ensure that Americans are not living on the street in communities. The drug problem has only made the homeless rate worse with people losing their homes because of drug abuse. Every American should have a place they can call home.

Ex-Con Housing

Ex-Con's when released from prison after paying their debt to society should be given a chance to rebuild their life. What you don't hear are about the significant number of Ex-Cons who want nothing more than to rebuild because they really don't want to go back to prison. What we hear are about Ex-Cons who commit crimes after being released. What you don't hear is that many of them made attempt after attempt to live a normal life but were rejected by society so they were forced to resort to survival mode. Give them a place they can call home and a job to go to every day. Give these individuals a chance I think you would be surprised especially if you were to hire one of these individuals.
